Disclaimer for Midlands Bike Track

- Riding motorcycles on Midlands Motorcycle Track involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, injuries, damage to property and equipment failure. Participants acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at their own risk.
- Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being while using the track. It is recommended that all riders wear appropriate safety gear, including helmets, protective clothing, gloves, and boots.
- By entering and riding on Midlands Motorcycle Track, all participants, spectators, and visitors agree to waive, release, and hold harmless Midlands Motorcycle Track, its owners, operators, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising from or related to the use of the track, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
- All riders must adhere to posted safety rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by track personnel. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without refund.
Participants acknowledge that track conditions may change due to weather and other factors. Riders are responsible for assessing the track’s condition and riding within their skill level.
- Participants agree to respect the environment, avoid littering, and prevent damage to the track and surrounding areas.
